Agilent’s New Columns for Peptide Mapping
Agilent Technologies has expanded its AdvanceBio columns offering by introducing the latest AdvanceBio Peptide Mapping BioHPLC and ZORBAX RRHD 300-HILIC columns. These high performance columns are ideal for separation, characterization and analysis of a wide range of proteins, peptides, MAbs and other additional biologics.
Agilent’s new AdvanceBio Peptide Mapping Columns are two to three times faster than the conventional peptide mapping techniques using fully porous HPLC columns with rapid determination of primary protein structures and identification of modifications.
AdvanceBio Peptide Mapping components undergo rigorous tests to ensure highest quality, suitability and reproducibility of analytical results. These columns are stable up to 600 bar making them suitable for both UHPLC and legacy 400 bar instruments. AdvanceBio Peptide Mapping columns are ideal for complex protein mapping and it offers hundred percent sequence coverage for many protein digests.
Agilent’s ZORBAX RRHD 300 HILIC (Hydrophilic Interaction LIquid Chromatography) columns are designed for resolving hydrophilic glycopeptide variants and they are the only sub 2 µm, 300 Å HILIC columns currently available in the market. ZORBAX RRHD 300 HILIC columns are highly accurate with 1200 bar stability offering rapid, high resolution separation of peptides, polar glycopeptides, proteins, antibodies, conjugates and biopharmaceuticals.
