DeNovix DS-11 FX+ is Nominated for the Scientists’ Choice Awards 2016

DeNovix Inc. showcased the DS-11 FX+ Spectrophotometer/Fluorometer at the American Association of Cancer Research (AACR) meeting celebrated last week in New Orleans, LA. The DS-11 FX+ has been nominated in the Best New Life Sciences Product of the Year category of the Scientists’ Choice Awards.

The DS-11 FX+ combines absorbance and fluorescence methods for DNA, RNA and protein quantification. 1uL or cuvette samples can be loaded and quantified within a broad dynamic range. DeNovix dsDNA quantification assays allow to measure concentrations from 0.5 pg/µL to 37,500 ng/µL.

The device features pre-installed DeNovix EasyApps^® and an Android^TM touchscreen interface. Four fluorescent channels encompass a wide fluorophore excitation (361-662 nm) and emission (435-740 nm) range. Users can perform any fluorescence assay, not only the ones supplied by a manufacturer.

The DS-11 FX+ is compact, maintenance and calibration free and doesn’t require a PC. Results can be exported in any format via Ethernet, USB or WiFi.
