Mascot Insight is a new software platform that makes use of the Mascot server search engine for identifying proteins and provides meaningful conclusions regarding them.

Mascot Insight is responsible for managing, visualizing and reporting Mascot search and quantitation results by arranging them in folders according to the user preferences. Mascot Insight can be accessed using any web browser and the results can be either viewed in tabular or graphical form, allowing researchers to easily analyse them. These results can also be exported in machine readable formats.
