Thermo Scientific Launches a Four-Channel HPLC

Prelude_LX-4_MD_Front_small_bottlesThermo Scientific has released the Prelude LX-4 MD HPLC, a class I medical device for general clinical use. The four-channel HPLC allows four separations in a single instrument. The parallel processing streamlines LC-MS workflows and reduces idle time of a mass spectrometer.

Another advantage is the increase in bench space, as one device is now enough to do the job of four classical HPLCs. The separations can be identical or totally different. The Prelude LX-4 MD can be combined with the Thermo Scientific™ Endura MD™ mass spectrometer.

The Prelude LX-4 MD HPLC is currently being exhibited at the American Association for Clinical Chemistry Annual Meeting & Clinical Lab Expo, Booth 3135 at the Georgia World Congress Center, Atlanta, GA.
