HathiTrust

HathiTrust is a large-scale, non-profit digital library collaborative of research and academic institutions, working to collect, preserve and provide access to digitised books and other materials.

It was founded in October 2008 by a group of major US universities and library consortia.

Its holdings number in the tens of millions of volumes—both public domain and copyrighted—making it one of the major global digital library repositories.
